I've just watched 2 traffic officers attend a breakdown on the M54.
The family in the broken down car had done the right thing, exited the vehicle and got off the road. However the 2 "officers" although they parked their vehicle in the correct place (behind the broken down vehicle) they then placed themselves and the family close to the road edge in between the two vehicles, the exact spot where the rear car will end up if it is rear ended (the most common scenario) to add to this Lee in particular likes to stand with his back to traffic. To be honest their behaviour isn't terrible but these are supposed to be trained individuals with an understanding of how and why things go wrong but both were just completely uninspiring and either stupid, careless, uninformed or a combination of all 3.
Basic training required for these two.
