Despite Roger the Robot's misgivings, heroic Captain Z-ro (Roy Steffens), obliging young sidekick Jet (Bruce Haynes), and cautious (cowardly?) Tetro (Jack Cahill) travel back 4000 years in the ZX-99 time machine to the building of the pyramids to solve the mystery of the mummy of Cheops, missing from the Great Pyramid of Giza. The 'Indiana Jones'-lite episode of the ancient sci-fi tele-series opens with a brief history of the pyramids before the Captain and team head back in time and into the massive mausoleum through a secret entrance. After avoiding traps and pursuing Egyptians, the men from the future find themselves trapped, only to be rescued by an unlikely hero. Silly stuff but good fun in a retro-way.
