An extremely brief (Less than a minute) animation by John Dilworth, creator of Courage the Cowardly Dog).
Initially I thought this was intended to be some sort of advertisement for a watch, before the twist at the end.
There is not very much else I could say, but I think this was pretty enjoyable, mostly due its nice animation which adds to the humor of the writing thanks to is visual quirkiness.
It definately wouldn't have the same effect if Hector's design wasn't so expressive, with a very strange way of blinking and nervous gesture.
I do think Hector deserved to have his own cartoon show.
