- Disturbing imagery such as bodies being burned, and the infected themselves are disturbing to see. The infected have fungus growing out of them and a dead body can be seen overgrown by this fungus in a scene.
- A teenage girl is shot in the stomach and dies painfully, crying in her father's arms. This scene is emotionally distressing and very bloody.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There is a dark scene where a soldier scans a young boy for the fungus. The scanner confirms he has it. The FEDRA soldier tells the boy that he will be safe and that they are going to give his favourite food. After this reassuring dialogue, another soldier injects the young boy with a poison. Later, the dead boy is shown being placed in a burning stubble. This scene is incredibly frightening and shocking.
- On the night of the outbreak, a young, teenage girl is shot and mortally wounded by a soldier. She dies in her fathers arms a few moments later. It's a very sad scene.
