Sex & Nudity

  • There are a few strong sexual references.
  • The sexual content is less inappropriate than family guy and american dad (it is almost about on par with Rick And Morty)
  • At the beginning of the show, Lois and Bonnie make out
  • Nothing too bad, definitely better than Family Guy in terms of its appropriateness, but some raunchy material in certain episodes.
  • No nudity or sex. Some characters kiss in bed but nothing further that that.
  • Cleavage revealing outfits

Violence & Gore

  • Not much, but when occurring it can be somewhat bloody.
  • There is a LOT of projectile vomiting on this show, but it is more gross than violent.
  • There is an extreme violence, multiple characters are shot with automatic shotguns and assault rifles, causing severe injuries (with bleeding and agonizing scenes) and death to several characters. A character taking part in the gunfight terrified by the situation puts his pistol into his mouth and shoots himself apparently dead, his blood ends up on another characters heads. Another character is eaten alive by a group of kids leaving only bare bones of him.
  • Shooting has been seen. In one episode it showed bank robbers robbing a bank.

Profanity

  • Season 1- 4 F words
  • Please note: This series is rated TV-14.
  • "Ass," "bitch," "hell," and "bastard" are sometimes said. Stronger language is always bleeped on TV but uncensored on DVD.
  • A reference to the 'N' word and other racial comments. F-bombs are always censored on TV

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Cleveland usually goes to a bar called "The Broken Stool" where you see him drinking with friends.
  • Cleveland and Donna sometimes drink wine at home.
  • In one episode Cleveland accidentally steals drugs from drug dealers, assuming they are cookies.
  • Cleveland smokes weed a few times in the series.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • (Deleted. Personal opinions about ratings are not appropriate for the Parents Guide.) This was not written by imdb.
