Vera has a proposition for Wilf regarding the purchase of a houseboat. Wilf comes round to the idea of Jill and Stan moving out. Mrs Cunningham returns to The Motel, the gossip is that she's flat broke.
I see Malcolm Hulke had a hand in this script. This show gets such a bad rap, and once again, as a piece of daily entertainment, it isn't half bad.
I found myself enjoying it once again, and what perhaps made it better, is the smaller gap between episodes, it was easier to follow.
We can see that Sandy is doing well, he's even got his mind on other things.
One thing that ice noticed, are they all sozzled in this Motel, everyone seems to be on the lash, and why not, a drunken Vince would be enough to drive me to the hard stuff. I'd love to know exactly why Vince is in such a foul mood.
