Joy is not a replacement for Grace. Grace (Bailee Madison) and Cassie (Catherine Bell) had great chemistry. The Mother/Daughter relationship is a big part of the show. Without it, the show has no soul. In Gilmore Girls, Rory went off to college, yet the Mother/Daughter relationship remained the focus. When Bailee Madison declined to return for Season 6, the show should have ended. It's boring now. Joy tries to be mysterious but she's dull. Abigail and her boyfriend's curse storyline is boring. How long can you drag that out? I miss independent, witty, b-tchy Abigail. Stephanie's food truck storyline continues - why? Without the Grace/Nick banter, Nick is meh. Cassie and Sam have no chemistry. I cancelled my series recording.
