High hopes

I was intrigued by the title but the content inside was disappointing. Sound quality isn't amazing and sometimes difficult to hear the narrator or presenter over background noise or music added in. Why on earth they went for full caps for the subtitles I have no clue. The amount of cuts and fade outs are mental and leaves you spun out. As professional as they're trying to make it the feeling that this would be better suited to the realms of youtube hangs heavy.

Intriguing, but a sham

Pretty nice production, however too bad this is a hoax. The Gaia network is also somewhat behind this and I won't support people destroying actual historical patrimony to present these puppets to the world. I feel for the more naive researchers that fell into this, must have been a disappointment.

This director is either a crook of really naive

The so-called mummies presented in this "documentary" are fake, they are mummies robbed by tomb raiders that were then modified to make them look like aliens.

It is a well known scam in Peru, so either this Barry Fitzgerald completely botched this documentary or he is a complicit who intentionally presented false information in order to make money.

Either way, whatever credibility he had before, is now at 0.

Inept hoax...

Folks, there is an amazing new tool that you can use to check on crap like this...it is called "google". You might want to try it.

The "remains" were mutilated and distorted and not a very good job at that.

Now, if you want to find real alien monsters bent on world destruction, just check out 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue...

Terrible

Ugh this is garbage. I should've known better. When the tagline of a production is that it "could be the greatest discovery of all time, rewriting history as we know it," I should've known this was going to be misleading tripe that wasn't based in facts or science.

Take any aspect of this production and you can pick it apart easily. The audio and video is very amateur, as if the director went to a store, bought a smartphone and then just started recording. Don't get me wrong, new smartphones can produce incredible video when you know what you're doing. This finished product is more akin to a regular person like a teacher or a plumber (no disrespect to those professions, I just picked two that likely are not trained how to record a documentary) being handed a phone and told to document the people and places they go.

On this documentary they seemed to have set the camera and mic up 15 feet away so it picks up the background noise making it hard to hear what people are saying. The whole production was either created by amateurs or they were purposely trying to make this feel like they were in constant danger and were doing guerrilla journalism as if they were in Afghanistan or Ukraine during the wars.

When they show the "mummies" it's very obvious that they have been tampered with, even to untrained eyes. As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a well known scam in Peru and there are those making money off of gullible people.

I am bewildered because I cannot tell if these guys are purposely pulling the wool over the viewer's eyes and know that this is false journalism, or if they are actually sucked in by the flimsiest of (doctored) evidence and believe what they are seeing to be true. I almost hope it is the former, because otherwise they are just idiots.

I feel bad for the financial backers that allowed this to be made because they were obviously duped into believing this involved science and a serious investigation.

Peruvian Mummies are Presently Being Examined by Scientists
sawthecomet28 September 2023
Another reviewer on this page is incorrect. They have done no research whatsoever Today is September 27.

The alien mummies are fact - more have been found. They are presently being examined by scientists & researchers in Mexico. They are presently everywhere in the news, on YouTube there are several videos about the scans, dna testing ,etc presently taking place. All the scientists agree the mummy skeletons & skulls are intact & show no signs whatsoever of modification. So, you may count Barry Fitzgerald's genius & credibility at 100% - & dismiss the naysayer's comments.

Currently, an American scientist is insisting that the mummies should be examined by American scientists. In other words, he is suggesting that only American scientists are capable of doing a CT scan, dna testing, etc of the mummies. Worse, he seems to be suggesting that , unless the mummies are examined by American scientists, they might be deemed fake. That's how badly the scientific community wants to debunk what is now already being proved to be real - debunking adds a certain "hauteur" to the outside scientists: they don't need to know anything at all in order to decry it as false. In other words, they are idiots. Well, let it be said: the doctors, scientists & researchers gathered in Mexico are completely competent to examine the mummies themselves: they don't need the dubious "help" of Americans. It doesn't take a NASA scientist to examine the Nazca Desert mummies!

They have already performed CT scans, dna testing, carbon dating, etc. And have ascertained that the mummies bear no relation to human beings nor anything on the Earth. Though, their backbones look somewhat reptilian to me.

Just enter "Mexican Aliens News" into a YouTube search, that will take you too CNN-News for the latest updates.
