The best ER show ever
UK_Zombie14 March 2021
Does exactly what it says on the tin. A show about ER, the medical staff and the progress of the patient through his/her treatment. No boring, endless interviews about patients life story, just a true reflection of what goes on in an ER. The presenter has a good sense of humour which I think helps the show along.

Interesting subject, tries too hard to be funny
octoberhunt11 January 2023
The stories are interesting, but the medical explanation narrator tries too hard to be funny (and fails.) It's reminiscent of the drunk uncle who attends family events rarely, unpredictably, and unannounced. He proudly marches up to you. The first question he asks after several years of no contact is, "What kind of bees make milk?" He holds eye contact, waggling his brows and swelling with pride. "BOO-BIES!" You freeze in an awkward confusion. Does he really think that's funny? "It's funny, right? BOO-BIES! Bees... and they make milk like..." He grasps his chest, pantomiming breasts. Before you have even the slightest chance to respond, he asks, "You get it? RIGHT?!!" Then you force a chuckle because you don't want to embarrass him. People are watching, eyebrows raised and giggles barely suppressed. I feel the same secondhand embarrassment for that narrator. If you have a "drunk uncle," "world's most embarrassing dad," "middle school class clown," or "formerly humorless bore discovers comedy and now everything is hilarious" sense of humor (no hate, it takes all kinds to make the world go 'round,) then you will love this show. Otherwise, I hesitate to recommend it.
