I admit it I rewind scenes. this show is exceptional the rapport between friends the dialog the content all sound so technical for a show that genuine, that feels. I would say that this is a brave show but it's more than that it's educational and it does uncomfortable in the way it's meant to be. These issues need to me under a light. It makes me glad for the world we live and the times changing. It explores what we normally brush off or conceal. A series that starts a conversation. Like a shot heard round the world . It took a long time for me to get in board with women's 'issues' (for lack of a better term) , being a woman myself one would think I would be in at jump but I had trouble making the leap. I grew up in a time when exploring these concepts will have felt disrespectful I can't believe I said that but it's true. Self respect. Now that's something to grow on. I wish I could write better , this deserves a well put review . I have been a fan of Micheals Coel since the show about monsters a while back. I was so sad it wasn't brought back for a season 2 but if this is why , it this is the direction !! She is a true inspiration. Anyway I put this review here just to say what I want to say about it rn, this episode was more of what I love about this show there are some developments and resolutions and I am pleased to meet her family too - no spoilers Now I can't cancel my HBO subscription , I can't.

The Cause the Cure

It is another episode where the series goes slightly off tangent.

Until this episode, viewers have hardly knew much about Arabella's family.

Here she goes to have dinner with them and it reveals that Arabella has always hidden painful memories.

The time when their house got robbed and it was because Arabella left a window opened. She forgot because she earlier had seen her father's mistress. Those memories were locked away. It might provide another crew why her memories of the rape are so hazy.

More insightful was Kwame's experience. He has gone back to having sex with strangers until he meets a man who just wants to talk and eat dinner with him. All Kwame wanted was a hug.
