Sex & Nudity

  • Girls are dancing provocatively and in sexually enticing clothing.

Violence & Gore

  • A very graphic and violent video. The music video is about Eric B. And Rakim as criminals in some organized crime-like syndicate, and they try to fight rivals.
  • The lyricism and rapping is confrontational and is bragging, but within purpose. The beats are more violent than a typical bragging rap, and even by hardcore rap standard, it's somewhat edge-of-your seat type music.
  • There are several brutal fights and gunfights in this video. Some blood. It's unnerving. Even the competitive lyricism is violent.

Profanity

  • There is one F-word, however it's always censored. However, the video is still hard R(18 by Schnegen Area and BBFC equivilents) due to very brutal violence left and right. Cinemax content advisory: rated TV-MA for violence (V) and adult content (AC).

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Moderate depiction of nightclub drinking.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The song is moderately intense because of it's confrontational nature, which is within purpose, but the video itself is an unnerving action-packed thriller, and cops vs criminals. Not for the faint of heart.
  • The very grim plot revolves around Eric B. And Rakim saving a girl from a sex trafficking ring. Graphic.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.
