Sonny believes he may be a faith healer after he cures a customer of a disability; Dot is a last-minute replacement performing at a charity telethon; Howard and Nancy disagree on vacation plans.
Another ho-hum entry that could have been better had they expanded on the part where Amy counsels Sonny on all things religious -- or maybe it wouldn't. The faith healer plot never seems to work well on sitcoms (see also DESIGNING WOMEN's "Shovel Off to Buffalo").
Dot sings a sappy song that doesn't really show off Gail Edwards in a great light.
Nancy's wardrobe is actually decent here - she wears a pink fishtail gown with fringe accents that looks better than it sounds. Later, she's in a tasteful red number.
A forgettable episode like so many from this era.
