The journey begins at Ricky's hometown of Liverpool; but the duo are quickly on the road for the first leg of their trip, heading to Lancashire hot-spots including Blackpool.
The Royle campervan hits the North-East, to experience the Angel of the North, a working coal mine and glass blowing - and meet local pigeon-racers, food bank heroes - and a football legend.
The duo hit South Yorkshire to join a top brass band, visit a cave surely named for Ricky (The Devil's Arse), eat high-end Yorkshire pudding, and busk with John Shuttleworth in Sheffield.
It's the final leg of the duo's tour. Ralf tries to conquer a childhood food fear at Bury Market and Ricky brings his TV son to some favourite haunts in Liverpool.
