This episode really shows the emotional side of police officers. Flashpoint really gives a look into the emotions and psyche of officers and first responders, but this episode really grasps how the job can affect the officers life forever.

This episode is one of the best I have ever seen when it comes to PTSD for cops. We train them to run toward danger, save people, potentially sacrifice their lives for a stranger, to take a life etc but we never give them the tools to deal with all that. What happened to Danny was real, gritty and the truth. I sobbed when Ed disarmed himself and eventually grabbed Dan and they broke down. If i could give this episode 10000 stars, I would. Thank you to everyone who worked on this episode
