Fireflies is one of the most powerful Assamese films in recent times. The story is based in a remote village in Assam follows the journey of a trans woman coming in terms with her identity. The director Prakash Deka beautifully tells the story of the protagonist and depicts how Indian society generally treats transgenders.

An amazing movie ever made. There are so many things I can say, but I would not. Just an appeal to all, do watch the movie once. It would not even make you realise when you become a part of it.
