- Two priests are shot with tranquilizers and then killed. One of which after being shot stumbles out a glass window and falls a couple stories to his death. The other is presumably killed off screen.

- A lady is threatened (we hear the threat and then she tells what happened) and then apparently drugged and then later killed (we don't see the death occur but the game describes the gruesome details).
- A lady falls through the ground but lands okay.

- At one point in the game an evil guy plans to wipe out the East coast of the US. We see a scenario play out where a tidal wave knocks over NYC including the statue of liberty and a big building in NYC.
- A guy is shot, falls into a grave, well, I guess this tag doesn't help much because as you guess it, yes he does survive. But that's all I'll tell here
- A diabetic guy gets weak but the main character manages to pull him through, but he later unfortunately gets killed offscreen.
