FANTASTIC FILM FOR A SOCIAL CAUSE
Mohanraj_192311 October 2021
The film has focussed on the plight of blind school students and how they have been overcome by the innovator's nutritional project. The main character's father has highlighted the difficulties in bringing up his blind child, which was heart rendering. A MUST SEE film for spreading the social cause.

Blind lives matter (BLM)

This is a very well made film about the problems faced by the blind people in India, shown through the personal stories of 3 girls, the problems they face, their aspirations and how one doctor made a difference in their lives. The movie not only shows the issues faced by blind people but also the problems faced by their caretakers and their emotional turmoil.

B l I n d is a documentary produced by Dr. T. S. Chandrasaker gastroenterology Chennai.. The documentary is about three young girls who have no vision.

They have some deficiencies which is diagnosed by dr. T. S. Chandrasaker who in gastroenterology field for the last 30 years.

Those three young girls gain confidence in marching towards their future destination.

I ..as a senior journalist and Editor S. Rama Eashwarlal saw the documentary and very much impressed with its presentation.

I do call it not a documentary but a reality exposure of feelings of the parents one among them ...both father and mother are blind. The girl has not attained puperty in her ages. Worried parents her to dr T. S. Chandrasaker ...who do the endoscopy and find out the exact defficiency. Given treatment and she attains her girlhood.

A doctor is not a doctor but a destiny maker....watch the documentary and rate it. I have given 8 marks since I knew the technology of film making.

I have seen 100s of documentry films in documentary film festivals at Mumbai during 1988, 89... congratulations to the team of Blind...Born to Live In Near Darkness.. By Editor S. Rama Eashwarlal Senior journalist and films maker.

In B. L. I. N. D, the life of four adolescent blind Indian school girls were followed who get empowered, coming out of their issues related to Nutrition, Hygiene, IQ development and Road safety successfully with the help of a philanthropic doctor T. S. Chandrasekar, Padma Shri Awardee. Its heart touching that this doctor has felt the need for empowering the visullay impaired as they also require a good status in the society. His innovations are really marvellous and each one need to watch this movie and like this philanthropic doctor everyone should contribute to our society selflessly.
