I discovered the Cas van de Pol channel thanks to the recap videos of Avatar the Last Airbender he made, but this might be his best work, being a very amusing recap of The Lion King without having to rely too much in grossout jokes or gratuitous violence as his later recap videos.
I do get why his later videos became "edgier" with time, since the stupid new Youtube rule that automatically labelled all animated videos in the "Youtube Kids" category (I think that I even saw a Drawn Together video in the Kids category) something so unbelievably stupid and demeaning for the animated medium. Also, it didn't serve to protect actual kids shows from being filled with hateful comments by utterly deranged people (Like Matt followers), some cretins are still publishing videos of Disney shows looking for "grooming" (Or better said, looking for the mere mention of vague gay references in ordered to be triggered and continue their idiotic culture war. I asbolutely despise that people and wish nothing but the worst for them. Absolutely vile cretins)
But back then, even when his videos weren't entirely family friendly, Cas van de Pol had more subtle humor, instead of just relying in shock value.
