'I AM 24' offers Superb Performances, which alone, are worth watching. As a film, its decent, but a monotonous second-hour acts as a deterrent.

Saying the truth was always difficult, and lying, they say, is much simpler. Shubendu lives by the tougher option. But when this honest, 42 year old balding writer falls in love with a 22 year old beauty queen, he is tempted to lie. What's more, his jerk of a roommate, Gagan, who swears by the magic of lies, helps him cook up stories. What follows is a hilarious ride of lies, cover-ups, goof-ups and contradicting tales.

'I AM 24' has an interesting premise & most of the jokes/sequences work, but they are limited in its first-hour. The second-hour is monotonous & lacks proper pacing. Once the protagonist, played by Rajat Kapoor, decides to spill out the truth to his lady-love, one expects the graph to go higher, but sadly, it doesn't. Also, the climax looks hurried.

The Screenplay is good in the first-hour, but slips in the second-hour. Saurabh Shukla's Direction is simplistic. Cinematography, Editing & Art Design, are fair.

Performance-Wise: Rajat Kapoor is wonderfully restrained. He's in terrific form here. Ranvir Shorey is fun to watch. His comedic areas stand out. Neha Dhupia is simply brilliant. Manjari does a passable job. Vijay Raaz is, as always, first-rate. Saurabh Shukla shows up in an entertaining cameo.

On the whole, 'I AM 24' appeals in parts, but the performances win you over.

Overall I M 24 is a simple story that has been narrated in a simple manner and must be watched at least once.

Another planman Production with lot of fun and entertainment.I am a big fan of Ranvir Shorey and the way he acted in this movie,how he helps Rajat Kapoor to befool a girl on internet about his age,his dialogs,i like all of that.I have seen all the movies given by Planman Production and like all of that but this is the best movie i have seen.Movie with lot of fun,adventures,lies,romance.Very few movies contains all these things together and this is the one.Rajat kapoor Girl Manjri Fadnis is also good in this movie,but Ranvir Shorey acting,drama was awesome.I had a great fun while watching the movie.Those who haven't watch it,must watch,you'll had fun.

I m 24 starring Rajat Kapoor & Ranveer Shorey in the lead is an outright romantic comedy.It is about a middle aged man,played by Rajat kapoor who falls for a girl who is much younger than him.It is about how in his desire to get the girl's love in return he goes on to tell number of lies.This is where the plot begins and takes an interesting turn. Ranveer Shorey is good as always.This just might be one of his better performance.Neha Dhupia,Manjari and Rajat Kapoor have made valuable contributions to the movie. Go and watch the movie guys to know more about the how the movie moulds after so many lies and truths.It is an outstanding movie and worth each penny spent on it.

Today's generation prefer,used to talk on internet rather than meeting face to face and anybody can lie about themselves very easily ad we believe on them.we don't have time to gather the right information about that person.But after watching the movie,those who are lying to their love will surely realize that lying is not the best way to win their love.The movie is produced by Arindam Chaudhuri,i was already a big fan of him,i have seen all his movies as well as read all his books and after watching this movie i became a lot more big fan of him.

One of my favorite song from the movie is 'Abhi Abhi Toh Mere Dil Mein' is a slow soothing track that will touch your heart. Lyrics are meaningful and manage to convey emotions of the protagonist.

All of a sudden, life gets all rosy and colorful for Shubendu as lying brings him a good job, a young sweetheart.He had no other option instead of cheating and lies to seek his love.Neha Dhupia and the surprisingly in-character Manjari Phadnis slip into the film with stealthy stilettos, creating for themselves a space in the boys' story without displacing the drama of desolation that runs through the plot.

I really like the title of the movie,and this is the reason why i have seen this movie.Title of the movie I M 24 attracts me the most and as the title is interesting,the movie is more interesting than its title.The story revolves around two guys,one of them was an old man who does not want to do anything with the help of any lie and other was his roommate who always lies in all his works.But one day that old man,ready to cheat and lie to seek love since he is left with no other way.

I M 24 is a complete entertainment package and with the kind of performance Ranvir and Rajat Kapoor have given,it indeed is a must watch.

I have seen all the movies came from Arindam Chaudhuri's Planman production,in fact Do dooni Char is one of my favorite movie. I have seen lot of comic movies and this time I m 24,lot of funny moments came and i enjoyed a lot.The story is based on a guy who is near 40 years and starts liking a girl who is near 24 years,almost half of his age and to impress her he used to lie.They used to chat on internet and don't have any source to find the truth about each other.The girl see perfect man in him as she wants a guy who is stable,successful,handsome.But at the end,as in every movie,truth wins.The subject taken in this movie is very good and contain all the things a movie wants to be successful.

Saurabh Shukla has made a very nice film that's very funny and entertaining throughout.Its a simple and different story narrated excellently by Saurabh Shukla.The story of the movie is about Shubendu,a 42 years old simple,bald man,played by Rajat Kapoor.Rajat Kapoor is brilliant as Shubendu,where he falls in love with a much younger girl.After meeting her,he changes a lot and changes his habit as well.One of the habit that he changes is telling lies.Until he met the girl,Shubendu is an honest man but later he resorts to telling lies just to impress her.He is helped by his friend Gagan played by the awesome Ranvir Shorey.

The film, said to be based on a real incident and for the most part is a sweet story with a nice touch of humor. The actors are a delight to watch especially Ranvir Shorey, who once again delivers a brilliant performance. Rajat Kapoor in the pivotal role is good. This has to be Rajat Kapoor's finest big screen performance till date. He simply slips into the character and doesn't deviate an inch from his graph. Manjari Fadnis is adorable as his love interest. Ranvir Shorey fits the bill as his hyperactive best friend. Sincere acting from almost everyone present on the canvas.On the whole,'I M 24' is a likable, well-crafted rom-com.

I am always curious to know about the planman production movies because although the movies are small budget films but their subject,story, screenplay,dialogs are just awesome.I was waiting from a long time for planman productions to release such a nice movie and they came,this time with comedy,not just comedy but awesome comedy.

We have seen Ranvir Shorey in lot of comedy movies,and as in other movie,he is the best.The way he speaks his dialogs-everything is really funny & humorous.Lot of comedy with lot of Entertainment. Rajat Kapoor,the main lead role actor,i have seen him mostly in corporate movies and this time in comedy,he is very good.Other than him,Both Neha Dhupia and Manjari Fadnis have also a good job.The movie revolves around Shubendu played by Rajat Kapoor and Kanak played by Manjari Fadnis who wants to be beauty queen.Shubendu meet Kanak in an online chat and starts liking her.To know her,he used to tell lie about himself to her and his roommate Gagan helps him to lie. The story is very simple. Whether it's the struggle of an artist or the superficial relationships in the glamour industry, everything for me is new. The dialogue, fits well at times, Shorey takes the cake with a great performance. Dhupia and Fadnis are good, while Shukla and Ira Dubey are entertaining.It is perhaps one of the best film on which you can spend your money on.

The movie has been written and directed by comedian Saurabh Shukla and stars Rajat Kapoor,Manjari Fadnis and Ranvir Shorey in the role of Shubnedu,Kanika and Gagandeep respectively.The film and the characters are funny,lively and makes you laugh at every second instance.Both actors are superb in their characters.It seems like the character of Gagan and Shubendu was written keeping these two in mind.Manjari is also a fine actress and is good in I M 24 as well.Apart from them,the film stars Neha Dhupia.Music is good and pleasant.Its a romantic comedy and very different from the films that we see today.I have not seen a very good comedy film in a long time but was glad to watch this one. It surely won't disappoint many people.
