Just as good as the first episode

Warning: Spoilers
The second episode of the first season and it carries on the quality of the first. Solid character development is interspersed with a breakneck game, this time around on a much bigger scale with tons of suspense and some great action direction to boot.

The WR Is Running

Wow, this episode was really catchy. And the suspense is very well managed. I'm starting to believe that this show will have a future.

Absolutely incredible...

Despite loving the first episode, I didn't think they'd up the ante this early, but episode 2 is a bloody masterpiece! It's tense, well acted, well choreographed, shot beautifully, production values are brilliant, music is stellar. Just wonderful. Decent 9 for me.

Nice TV show, so far...!
funnycommentor23 July 2022
The plot of the 2nd episode was nice, very interesting. The main characters are well-developed. The storyline is very interesting and kinda mysterious. The second game was way more intense than the first one. Also, it was so bloody and violent. It's not a scary TV show. However, there are some creepy and breathtaking scenes (especially, the intense ones). I hope on the following episodes, we're gonna get to know more about what happened. So far, the TV show is very interesting, the filming locations are really good and the budget of the show is remarkable!

Solid Episode

Starts a little slow but I feel for Chotto. Things get unexpectedly more violent/dark this episode and I'm not complaining. The game this episode had quite the intense last few minutes. I never read the manga so I have no idea what to expect. Two points deducted for partial nudity :D.

More of a question than a review

Great episode, but this is more of a question post than a review. I'm left wondering if this is the same building or set that was used in Ichi the Killer. It had a very similar layout.

This isn't it, but still watchable

Warning: Spoilers
This episode isn't it. There's so many things that are unrealistic: why do the horses move that way? They could've ended the game immediately but they are too theatrical o do so and prefer turning slowly or rising the gun slowly. Also, the fact that there are 2 buttons in the end just to make the episode longer. That would make no sense.. I like the female character, I hope she comes back for other episodes but it seems like every person does their own thing. I liked the variety of not having every protagonist play every episode. These things rise the vote from 6 to 7.

Episode 2.

Warning: Spoilers
There's not really much to this one in terms of the game, clever for Arisu to choose the long corridor and hide behind the wall though, as they can only assume you went the other way. The stuff outside of it's a bit weird.
