The film was work-shopped by cast, director with some ideas thrown in by other crew members. After the characters and basic story (scene break-downs) were devised, over 4 months of Sundays, the scenes were shot (dialogue improvised) over the followed 5 months of Sundays. 'Aimless' was put together over 2 years of evenings and weekends.
Director Tobias Tobbell called in just about every favor to get the film made - kit came free from two or three sources, the cast not only excepted a profit share but paid for their own expenses, crew like-wise, locations were found free around London (the free rehearsal space a pub's downstairs function room), props and costumes were borrowed and virtually no cash was spent.
