Of the plethora of Island visitors, only give remain, they are introduced to their charismatic hostess, Astrid, it becomes apparent that those on the island hold some sinister secrets.
It didn't go the way I'd expected, and I suppose it didn't quite deliver the intrigue of the first episode, I'm curious as to what Astrid is up to, but was perhaps a little disappointed that those not selected simply sailed away, it felt a bit of a let down, and opens up a whole new can of worms about security and anonymity.
I had expected Zoa to be the central character, and low and behold, her scene with Astrid was definitely well acted, but at 19, I'm not sure about the reality of it, if she was 15 I'd understand, but she's a young woman, who's battled her past, I'm not sure she'd have been so easily manipulated.
You can clearly see the way it's going to go, they've definitely gone for the sexy appeal, and there's some guy on guy action, I imagine there's going to be plenty of action throughout this.
Decent, enough to make me want to watch more, 6/10.
