A+ for strong women

A slow episode in the beginning but the drama near the end makes up for it. I can say majority of the characters storyline's interested me this episode except for Fallon and Liam. They both need a hard reset becuase I don't care what happens to either of them. Fallon and Liam should be focused on business, like Fallon last week. Season 3 ruined both their characters and when Dominique and Cristal are far more interesting this season who cares about Falliam.

A Good Episode In Every Sense

I don't really get the love for the directing in this episode. Liz did a serviceable job but if Liz's name wasn't attached no one would be saying anything. Plus, I have a problem when someone like Liz who is already so prominent on the show and has a job, is potentially taking away a job from other directors looking for work. I would rather see someone like Michael Allowitz or Pascal Verschooris direct as they always manage to elevate the episode and create beautiful visuals. Anyway, the last 15 minutes of this episode were amazing. Cristal is finally being realised as a character and the commentary between Blake and Dominique's scenes were powerful and real. I hope we see more stuff like that. But, although Kirby is being set up for an interesting storyline, the character has really run out of steam and I would not feel bad if she and Culhane left the show. I'm not sure what the latest revelation means for Amanda, but Dex is a must regardless. You can't have both Amanda and Alexis on the show and not Dex.

Good, but skilled directing is better

Text: It was a good episode overall. I am enjoying the sibling and family dynamic with Amanda, Blake's senatorial campaign, Cristal's path and can't wait for Dominique's. Kirby is finally given an interesting storyline which will probably lead to their version of the Roger Grimes mystery which is a must for this reboot and should have been featured a long time ago. Fallon and Liam are the most boring like always this season. They've written them so unbalanced and not believable as Fallon's business is actually a pretty crappy and boring one. Fallon Unlimited should be replaced back with Carrington Atlantic, ColbyCo and Van Kirk industries since the main business focus should be oil. One more thing, I appreciate Liz's will to enter the directing world but the stars' directing are pretty basic and wouldn't be praised if there weren't their names attached. Moreover, they're potentially taking away the job of skilled directors like Michael Allowitz or Pascal Verschooris who have proved their excellent abilities in several episodes all over the show.

Liz's Director Debut!

Wow, can I just say that I was IMPRESSED with the episode. Liz has got to be such an amazing director, she should direct more episodes in Season 5. Liz has a great vision for the show and we need her on more!

Liz Gillie's should DIRECT more episodes of dynasty!!!

One of the best episodes of the whole season I think with Liz Gillie's and Adam Hubers acting just on point can't wait for the next episode to see more drama to come with Amanda and Adam!!!
