This is what made the first two seasons work so well. There was love, appreciation, nods and homages to the OG in every episode and many scenes of dialogue. Rita is an absolute scene stealer, I am a bit worried where the OG made the storyline last too long, the reboot will end it too quickly, but so far it's the best storyline of the season! Tied with Dex and Alexis (who are sadly absent). Even Dominique and Jeffs storyline is very enticing, and the catfight was a great nod to the OG. Every Dynasty forum i go on talks about the filler characters, and they were really bad this episode. I don't want to get too into it but it's pretty obvious at this point some need to be written off. Would have been 10/10 if not for their unnecessary inclusion.

This episode should explain exactly why Dynasty needs a Season 6! OG Dynasty is BACK and better than ever. There is no reason to cancel such a great show like Dynasty. This is the best show on CW. We need a Season 6 in order to see Falliam raise their kids and see them take over the world. Keep on demanding for a Season 6, guys!

This definitely beats last week's episode, and that episode was so good. I dont know what has gotten into the dynasty writers, but i know they shouldn't change a THING. This was amazing, i literally don't have words!

Loved the OG content. The show is finally getting some spice it didn't have in S4. The only left things I need are more parties, drama, stakes, the massacre and Roger Grimes' mystery. I really hope this isn't the last season.

Episode 5 was a very good episode. I'm so happy the are taking more story lines and characters from the Original Dynasty. I'm loving S5, however, Dynasty shouldn't be so centered around Liam/Fallon. The show works best as an ensemble show. Episode 5 had many references and characters from the original, like Daniel and Rita. But I was surprised that Alexis and Dex were not in the episode. Fans have been waiting for Dex for years, but I fee like he is being given a rather limited part. I am loving Alexis and Dex together, there is a lot of chemistry there, but they shouldn't be absent for an entire episode. Alexis missed a few episodes last season, which was a shame, and it seems it's happening again in S5. Alexis is such a famous TV character, I don't get why they won't give Alexis what she deserves. Alexis should be written as a powerful businesswoman, running her empire, not an anti-aging drug project. I mean; Alexam!! It's almost as bad as Aunt Alexis from S3!

Loved this episode. So happy about all the OG characters and OG storylines. S5 is the best season yet. I wish we got to see more of Alexis. I always associate Dynasty with Alexis, and she needs to have a bigger storyline. I also missed Dex.
