After seeing the terrific An Ideal Host (2020-also reviewed) I was pleased to learn that the Soho Horror Film festival would be returning for a weekend in July focused online on films by LGBT film makers. Signing up to the free viewing festival,I got ready for the opening short.

Revealing in the introduction that he had been planning this short for a while, until the lockdown led to it being made with him,one on-screen actor,and one crew member, (composer,editor & cinematographer Andrew J. Ceperley.)
The minimalism behind the scenes, results in an excellent isolating atmosphere of Horror, via long, hanging in the air takes on The Last Man on Earth being watched under the cloud of a relationship breakup at the beginning of a 30 day lockdown,with a clever use of CGI seeping a horrific guest inside.
