Although I thought rosè won against Kandy in that lypsync I still don't think she would have been crowned. SYMONE!

This finale was, definitely something. It equally has parts that make it excellent; and also parts that make it seem so disappointing and questionable. Whilst the lip-syncs are good, as well as Ru's interviews with the queens and the return of Jaida Essence-Hall and Heidi-N-Closet; the fact Kandy got into the finals and the two front-runners (for me anyways) Gottmik and Rosé went out first just makes me really question Ru's judging skills now. Whilst I am happy with Symoné's win which yes, was deserved - I'm shocked Kandy advanced as far as she did when I really didn't think she pulled much off. But anyways, I'm happy for Symoné and do thank this season for helping us through some troubling times and a difficult start to the year.

Congrats to Symone on winning RuPaul's Rigged Race! I agree with other reviewers that this was the most lackluster finale of the show so far. No one truly served a great lip sync and I couldn't wait for it be over.

I do take issue with people being mad that Kandy made it to the final two lip sync. During their lip sync, Rosé acted like she wanted to be literally anywhere else and Kandy was at least moving around the stage doing something. And we ALL know that Mik is not a lip syncer. She was saved from the bottom twice and production can only carry a queen so far. She flopped in the lip sync and that's that on that.

Can we also be rid of the lip sync for the crown??? It's a dead and tired format and this season was truly the nail in the coffin.

Production really shot themselves in the foot this season with zero story arcs and zero stories period. The editing highly favored a select few queens so when it was time to announce Miss Congeniality, I honestly had no idea who would win. And I really didn't care.

I will always cherish seeing queer artistry being celebrated on a large platform, but without some serious reworking, the show doesn't have much more to offer.

That aside, I'm so glad Symone won, YAY! Truly deserved <3 she's so warm, talented and funny. Her style is amazing, it's clever and glamorous and it still manages to convey a message.

She and Gottmik were the highlights of this season. Rosè was a close one. Personally speaking I would have preferred either of them in 2nd place instead of Kandy Muse, though I think that in the lip-synch she bested Rosè, whose performance maybe suffered from her injury but had a far better season overall. The finale was quite bareboned compared to the standard, but I suspect covid got the best of it, and you could feel the warmth of family and audience wasn't quite there.

I don't know why I bother going to IMDb anymore for this season, since it feels like stan twitter, with people rushing to give episodes 1 star and dramaticize their personal disappointments.

Anyway, it was a pretty well produced finale. I'm glad they managed to have the final four together unlike last year, and have some semblance of normalcy, minus the audience.

The final ball was actually incredible, with some truly astonishing looks. The interviews were fun and breezy overall. It was nice seeing the messages from home. Chi Chi's memorial section was beautiful and emotional.

The lipsyncs were a bit disappointing overall. I think the show needs to move beyond this format, and go back to something like season 8 with individual performances, but taking the entire season into account. Drag Race Thailand season 2 had it figured out in that regard.

The winner wasn't my personal fav, but it can't be argued that she isn't deserving.

Ok, calm down all the drama queens on the comments! Symone absolutely deserved this crown! I'm #TeamGottmik and #TeamSymone all the way. Although they do their best without audience energy! Yes this season was long but there is no reason for disregarding Symone's legacy.

First and foremost I agree with the winner.

The problem was that I found the entire episode un-exciting, un-entertaining and un-interesting. The whole thing felt incredibly over produced, and I'm not sure if the queens were told something beforehand but it didn't feel like any of them really wanted to win tbh. Perhaps they had changes to their contracts or something, I can only speculate.

Kandy is a great Queen but did she deserve to be in the top 4? I don't think so, let alone top 2 and certainly not winning. So when she made top 2 I was beyond caring.

All 3 lip syncs were among the least interesting of the season, and the overall quality wasn't great.

It's really disappointing but after finishing this season I feel like drag race has lost its heart.

... against a deadly virus. Many shows were cancelled for good. The interviews were kind of funny and the audience in the parking lot (imagine that!!!) seemed to be having some fun, too. I was rooting for Denali then Gottmik/Rosé, but Symone is great, too. Be grateful. See you in Drag Race Down Under...

Just the worst season ever. The two front runners were eliminated. It got predictable. Jaida was pretty tho.

All the final lipsyncs were lackluster, no energy, no wow factor at all. Also, how come Kandy is on top 2 while being excelled at pretty much nothing but being loud.

One of the most boring finales.

I love Symonne, but that top 2 wtf!! Since the lypsinc for the crown format was added to the show the record track has no meaning Mik and Rosé didn't have to lypsinc for their life. Kandy has the worst track record for a top 2, idk what's happening with ruputa, but this final was so meh.

Everything here was terrible. There's a lot of favoritism since the season started, I Can easily say that this was the worst season since season 8. (But at least, bob deserved the crown, different from symone)

As title suggests, the most predictable season ever. I thought MAYBE the finale could bring some spark, but no, the lip syncs were mediocre at best.

It would've been gaggy if they let Kandy win, bit no, the right winner won. So predictable.

Paired along with how this is the longest drag race season by FAR. Everyone has become tired at this point.

It was alright. Mik's and Symone's looks were amazing. Some of Rosè's looks here good. Terrible Rosè ruveal. Kandy was there. Kandy won the lip sync unfortunately. Symone won congratulations to her even though her ruveals were underwhelming. When will the queens learn that the ruveal must fit the song not just for the sake of a ruveal.

Love Symone, happy for her but it was obvious by production that she was the winner so very predictable season. Terrible season overall. The only highlights are Chi Chi tribute and Lala winning MC.

Would it be a season I'd rewatch? NO. I think the overall cast were just lacklustre this season and we're with them for too long. The better queens (except Joey) of the cast were eliminated too soon.
