It's all building towards a big finale.

Sally is now helping The Police with their investigation, she tries to get Jenny to publish a story mentioning certain names.

The pendulum of guilt is beginning to swing towards other people, Karen and John each seem to have had a motive for the murder.

I am so impressed with this second series, I haven't long watched Series one, thoroughly enjoyed it, but I think this second installment is even better, it's a great storyline, and the acting is outstanding, all involved are terrific.

It's quite amazing how little Janine Wood has changed over the years, great to see her here.

ITV all all, nailed it, 9/10.

The third episode sees the police probing other suspects for the murder of Matty Taylor.

Could it be John Taylor, the volatile dad who found out that he was infertile. So he could not have fathered a son.

Gary Walker is revealed as Matty's biological father but he rejected Matty when he came looking for him.

Then it turns out that Karen was more than just a social worker involved with Matty. Her daughter was being bullied by Matty.

It is all nicely simmering but it is nothing outstanding.

This once concentrates more on DCI Braithwaite. I was surprised that he did not know that Karen is now with Sally's ex husband.
