There is no compelling argument in this episode. You could probably find a more equipped and dangerous group in any US state. One of the activists leaves Germany because of fear. She goes to Paris instead. Willing to bet the streets of Paris are more dangerous than in Germany. I think it's a failed attempt at raising red flags, where in reality there are many higher security risks around the world.
