- In a side mission cult members are heading off to have sex. In a short cutscene film it appears that the cults high priest member continues his bloodline in a disturbing manner.
Violence & Gore

- Lincoln brutally takes out some of the cult members with his fists.
- A firefight takes place between Lincoln and the ensanglante at the Opera House.
- A final standoff between Lincoln and the Ensanglante takes place at the sacriste sanatorium. He fights his way shooting cult members with his weapons, engages in fights by punching, stabbing with his knife, snapping their necks and knocking them out in the most extreme ways possible.

- One of the missions involves Clay investigating a cult. Most things are shown such as drugs, rituals and idols which all appear very scary and horror themed.

- Anna slits her throat and succumbs to her wounds quickly before Lincoln can save her. Very bloody and disturbing for some.
- An intense final fight scene occurs with Lincoln killing Bonnie in the process.
