- During the beginning of the episode a woman is violently gored by an elephant with its tusks. The woman died hours after the attack due to her injuries
- A man is trampled about 8 feet by a bull bison he gets bruised but not seriously hurt
- A diver gets whacked in the leg by a humpback whale's fluke and as the whale is hitting the man it hits another diver too.
- A woman gets bitten by a pilot whale then she is dragged about 30 feet underwater she stays down for a little more than a minute until the whale brings her up again it is clear that the whale didn't want to hurt her but warned her not to get too close to them
- A woman gets her scalp bitten by a lioness she is later saved by her friends
- A woman gets pounced on by a cheetah but she gets saved by her friend about 15 seconds later
- A man has bizarre encounter with a gray fox the fox bites into leg and shin area the man hits the fox with a loaf of bread in his hands to scare it away
- A woman gets her face completely bitten off by a chimpanzee while her friend stabs the chimp with a knife then the cops shoot him he retreats in the house the cops eventually find him dead in the house from the gunshot wounds

- A great white shark bumps into a diver's cage with two divers inside both the divers escape
- A crocodile trainer gets his hand bitten off by a crocodile there is a close up shown of the crocodile with his hand in its mouth some viewers be uncomfortable looking at it
- An alligator bites off a boy's arm he is left with a prosthetic limb
