Did it just take them two full hours to track this guy down?

Warning: Spoilers
I mean, Dirtbag Mike's hanging around all the same haunts. I will admit his perverse disposal was satisfying, though.

Show me any genre or exploitation movie that runs two-plus hours, and I can personally edit it down to a manageable length, without losing anything critical. In the rare case where guns are ablazing for 120, this type of movie will get artsy and/or self-indulgent. Thrust! Is no exception. A lean-and-mean hour and 35-40 for the material presented here, would've been more effective.

First of all, I was sold on premise alone. A dystopian society run by girl gangs dead-set on the end of men? Sign me up. The end result here is kind of a role-reversal Road Warrior peering through a Troma kaleidoscope. And with a lot more walking. Plenty of stilted dialogue and comical fight scenes, which are excusable in a no-budget post-apocalyptic epic.

I mean, if you're really into Misty Mundae, torn fishnet stockings, female dominance, and lesbianism, then this is probably for you. You've got all that stuff in abundance. I have to say they kind of lost me on the overabundance/reliance on drug use, but that's just me. Overall, this was colorful and vibrant, with no shortage of kick-ass chicks. I saw one actor who was a real trooper (or just plain nuts); He gets in a fight with Dirtbag Mike, and is thrown into a body of water that, to me, looked like it was flowing with raw sewage. And he was down there for a while!

Movie does feature small parts for Linnea Quigley, Ellie Church, and a mess of badass female wrestlers. Bit of an arbitrary 6, my patience was tested a little. On the other hand, for the most part, my kind of movie.
