Thrilling and Captivating

A story that needs to be told. It was a intense. It pulls you into the truth of a on going conflict that been around for generations. A story about humanity. Its a short film that's worth watching. Its visually spectacular. Its a must watch. It tells a story about 2 people from opposite sides that comes together to find out that they are similar in more ways then one. Chozy plays both character and he kills both parts. You can tell the differences from the characters even tho they are played by the same person. The color and image of the short film is something out of a blockbuster movie. Its a must watch.

Incredibly Compelling

What an incredibly compelling film!

Chozy navigated each of these characters so truthfully and with such nuance that it took me a while to realize they were BOTH played by the same person. From the lighting and the tone to location and the editing - each element worked together so harmoniously to carry the story and captures your attention moment to moment. It's such an important story, capturing a POV that isn't always at the forefront of the media. It makes you wonder what's possible and what it means to truly be free. I hope this film urges viewers to want to educate themselves more on this issue, gain a greater, more in-depth understanding, and find out how they can stand in solidarity and aid in humanitarian efforts.

Complex and Captivating

This short, written and finely acted by Chozy Aiyub, takes a snapshot view of a long lasting and complex feud between Israel and Palestine. Written several years ago, the piece is very timely as the crisis in the midde east has recently escalated to inhumanly devastating consequences. Chozy portrays both roles masterfully, in this two character film, taking the audience on an emotional roller coaster ride as "they each" attempt to convey their point of view. As a viewer you weigh their arguments and I even tried desperately not to be biased as each presented their case. I must admit, I was also hopeful that by the end of the film, between the two of them, someone would offer a compromise that both sides would be willing to accept. Just as I a pray for a similar outcome that milions are facing in the real world today. Whichever side you're on in this conflict, this film will get you thinking and hopefully start a dialogue that will lend itself to a greater understanding of the issues.

Truth

Absolute great short film about the chaos that's happening on the other side of the world with the long battle, between Israel and Palestine. The truth needs to be told! This film will show you a small example of what Gaza is going through. As someone with Middle eastern heritage. Whose parents have suffered from dictatorial regimes I can relate to this very well. The biased new stations will never cover the truth about what's going on outside of the country. I hope more films will be made that bases everything on facts and not propaganda. Thank you so much for this film. I look forward to more!
