Luke McCoy decided to run against Fredd Wayne for Junior Grange President. The last time I saw Fredd Wayne he was running as a mob backed candidate for a truckers union on The Untouchables. Wayne usually has a similar criminal role, but here he seems to be an upright individual while Luke is stumbling with his rural diction-until he takes lessons!
