Frustrated with the legal system and his wife, Advocate Seema (Jayaprada), for letting criminals go free on mere technicalities, Inspector Bheem Singh (Shatrughan Sinha) rebels, becomes a bandit and starts killing other bandits - and as a result becomes a hunted man - both by Police and bandits.
Shatrughan Sinha and jaya Prada just about raises this actioner above its average mark, and make it watchable. It's sort of like Death Wish, but the last half an hour turns from a police vs gangster into a daku (bandit) territory and there's a good shoot out in the cave. Not a great film, but passes the time.
