I cried when Franklin said to Irene: "I just want to be enough for you to want to stay." Simmons and Sassy's acting really got me. And writing in this episode is brilliant too. I was happy that stuck with it and didn't give up!

Things are hotting up now, with Frank at loggerheads with Irene, having discovered her note. Denise helps Jude retrace his fathers footsteps, Byron tries to reboot the impossible door and Stella and Toni zero in on their quarry.

Intriguing Concept Lost in Soup

It's an interesting concept, and the acting is great. However the SF concept is essentially drowned in the many subplots pursued. These overshadow the science fiction component which I think is what draws in the viewer base. I think the honchos of this series have misunderstood their target audience. It could have been great but has so far lost it's way. A jumble with a smidge of sci-fi and some great actors.
