Loved it

Directed and written by Quentin Jabelot, who took the starring part of Léo in this short, the film was a tour de force. Writing, plot and direction were taut and tension and interest were maintained throughout.

Robin Monange playing confused Mathis was excellent in his rôle and an utter hunk to boot. Lina Ben Zekri and Antoine Chassagny shone in their supporting roles.

Part of the strength of the film was that it wasn't just a story about unrequited (or requited) love but had several strands as well as believable background material.

The cinematography was excellent - I loved the shots of the countryside rushing by out of the TGV.

The final scene was just perfect. It couldn't have ended better. I so recommend this.

a sketch

A nice sketch. Not the most convincing, but sensitive and not bad crafted. Simple story of loneliness, friendship, coming up and theater. The basic virtue - the acting, especially Quentin Jabelot. Good try of Robin Menange to give to his character flesh and credibility but something remains at the middle of way. The moments of Leon front to the window in night and the dare of. Mathis are far to be bad but they are only crumbs. But, sure, a nice sketch and sweet end .
