Annoying Lead, Boring Story
glisson-1057016 August 2023
I stopped watching at least three time before I finally went back to finish this. The visiting inspector was so annoying and unprofessional, I began hoping his nephew was guilty. And not surprising that his wife and professional colleagues "sidelined" him. All this underbrush overtook the plot so that this viewer lost interest in who might have killed Romeo. So far this season's Murders have not been nearly as interesting as previous seasons, and this episode ranks at or very near the bottom. There aren't even any terrific drone sequences of beautiful scenery which are often the highlights of Murders, just generic beach scenes.
