I just watched Nest (2022) and I found it to be a very sweet short film, especially watching it in square screen format suits the film much better.
I liked the most cinematographically, the place where it was shot and the natural scenery during the construction stages of the house were great. Especially the fact that they put a scene in every detail of each climate made me like it much more because nowadays we have forgotten the climate details quite a bit thanks to global warming.
What I found missing was the dialogues, I think the dialogues were few, I couldn't connect with the character emotionally. If there were a scene or two with plenty of dialogue, I would have liked it a bit more, but I couldn't catch it emotionally.
It is a climatic transition film where the communication of 2 brothers and 1 sister is sweet, but it has shortcomings, it could be much better if it contains a little more, but it is definitely visually very enjoyable, it is watchable.
