Todd interviews employees and has to grade them

This series is very funny. Todd is the head of a call center for gadgets and toys stationed in India. The first episode is kind of vulgar with a toy Todd's company promotes but not this one.

So many of these Indian actors are so good and funny as well. The episodes say they don't eat beef and some other traits of the Indian people that I don't know if they are true or not.

Todd is told by his boss in America to interview the call center people one by one. They are nice and some have funny habits. One lady "bobbles" her head and is not assertive and Todd wants her to be more assertive. He wants her to say yes or no, not just wiggle her head.

Another a man named Gupta, has crazy, funny ways to express himself and talks too long on the phone with the customers.

Manmeet flirts with all the women on the calls and Todd has been monitoring his calls. Todd has Manmeet break off these calls with the women. He sits with him while this is done. I probably would have rated this episode higher if the scenes from Manmeet on the phone were shorter.

In this episode Todd is to fire someone because their sales are down and his boss in America does not seem to care about employees. Todd does not want to fire anyone.

Gupta thinks he is fired and shows up at the call center and insults the people he works with, in a humorous way of course. He then finds out he was not fired and he has a "oh oh" moment knowing he is still going to be working with them.

I have seen other episode of this in the past but not these earlier ones. I do believe you will get a lot of laughs watching Outsourced.
