The hostages on the hijacked space-station cleverly alert Rocky to their plight before they are transported to Ophecius to be used as bargaining chips to obtain the release of a couple of Cleolanta's henchmen who are in prison on Earth. The hostage: prisoner exchange takes place back on the space-station but (needless to say) Ophecian duplicity rears its predictable head. Again, Ophecian infighting and backstabbing is the most interesting part of this bridging chapter.
