There are several suspects in this "window shopping" murder, in which a bloody man is uncovered after a department store has its annual display-windows opening. The victim is the store manager.
As clues slowly unravel, questions abound to the character of the manager, the store itself, the assistant manager and the some of the clerks. Then there is the question about whether the murder was a murder, or an accident.....but one of the people above is not talking and she is the focus of the case.
"Jo Danville" (Sela Ward), who seems to have a knack in getting suspects to talk, especially women, does just that in here, as the female assistant manager seems to be the prime suspect.
