Are they all lying?
Sleepin_Dragon21 February 2024
Having absconded from court the previous day, Mrs Gorman arrives at court, smarting a black eye. She details the events of that fateful night, explaining that she sat watching TV all night, then went to the Thornton house after the shooting.

I wonder if that black eye will play a part in the eventual outcome, has someone got to her to change her story ahead of her appearance in court?

It feels as though they're all lying, are The Thorntons the only ones giving any glimpses of the truth? A good few twists in the storyline.

It's a very curious story, that's what's so good about this series, we don't see the actual event, or know exactly what happened, we are essentially seeing it from the point of view of The Jury, it's actually such a clever setup.

Geraldine Moffat put in a solid performance, definitely a little vague and flippant, Tony Doyle was always good value, perhaps best known for Ballykissangel.

8/10.
