In this first episode we learn the origins of The Chippendales, and we're intriguing to the main players.
Prior to The Chippendales, nothing quite like this existed, The Chippendales were a worldwide phenomenon, if you were about in The 1980's you'd have heard of them.
It's quite a tame first episode, but it does give you context, what was incredibly interesting, firstly the story of Steve Banerjee, a man who arrived in America from India, with a background that you wouldn't necessarily equate to this world. Perhaps more interesting was the story of former children's TV presenter Nick De Noia.
I'm sure there will be more grit in the next episode.
The Party scene in New York in the 80's, how much fun did that look.
I can't believe how good Scott Marlowe still looks after all these years, wow.
7/10.
