"Video Violence"

In this now long-running series, writer-director Brad Jones play the title character, the Cinema Snob, a mainstream or high art critic who decides to review some of the most notoriously bad movies ever made. Since the original episode this series has grown to have a very high cult following and fans from around the world.

If you grew up in the 1980's then you remember those made-for-video releases that seemed to be new on your local video shelf each time you walked in. VIDEO VIOLENCE was one of the more popular ones and now it can live on thanks to The Cinema Snob who viewed it and destroyed it. This episode is pretty funny as we get some good examples of pointless scenes in these movies that are only there to pad up the running time and then the Snob, in funny fashion, gives us his own version of this. Throughout the running time we're constantly getting some funny material even some prank callers that the Snob is getting due to someone posting his phone number on a message board.

Episode: B+
