Ralph injures his leg, ending up on the sofa, Katie looks after him, but both of their families offer their help.
It was nice to see Sherry Baines and Nigel Betts back as Katie's parents, they didn't have the greatest introduction in The A word, and they're a bit frosty here again, perhaps not understanding just how capable their daughter really is.
I thought the scene on the bench between Katie and Tom was just wonderful, so touching, gorgeously acted.
So funny, Brian was funny again, but Ralph's reminders on the device were hilarious.
People always mean well, people always want to help, sometimes doing nothing is the best option.
