- Throughout the film, the main character is searching for a child murdering pedophile.
- There are frequent dialogs about private sex parties for children.
- A group of characters walk into a hostel, the young boy says that it is a place where men come to have sex with women. We see briefly see a group of women naked, talking with men. Their breast are seen.
- A character holds a bunch of pictures owned by a pedophile, we see two of the pictures which are of a nude preteen girl and boy (both about 10 years old), in both pictures we clearly see their genitalia.
- A woman makes a man strip naked to check for a wire, he covers his genitals but we briefly see his testicles below his hands. We see the picture of the nude preteen girl again.
- The young boy is brought to a pedophile's house, he is told that he is too old to go to a child sex party but the pedophile is intehrested in the boy for himself. He takes the boy upstairs and is seen rubbing the boy's butt.
- A woman, who knows the pedophile, tells a character that the man only needs a hour with the boy and then she will get to have a turn with the boy.
- During the ending credit, there is a deleted scene where the main character empties a purse, a picture of a naked preteen girl is seen. He holds a series of other naked pictures although they are not easy to see.

- Inside the room with the pedophile, the young boy has his hands tied behind his back being filmed. The room is filled with medical devices and chains, implying he is planning on torturing the boy after molesting him. The man becomes very physical with the boy and tells him that he is very attractive but he could make him even more prettier, he starts to put makeup on the boy. When the boy tells the man about how he knows he has been molesting children, the man puts a bag over his head. He starts to cut the clothes off the boy but is interrupted.
