It's an actuality of the Roman trainstation, filmed by Charles Moisson.
Moisson (1864-1943) was an industrialist who set up in Lyons in 1894 and soon developed close ties with the Lumiere brothers. Although his career as a film maker did not last long -- 22 films in 1896 and 1897 -- he was the Lumieres' go-to man for setting up exhibition halls and running the projector.
