Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • The player can give the main antagonist of the first "season" of the game rather raunchy remarks, such as suggesting the two are "bound by a red string" or that they were "hot and heavy" in the future.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In the beginning of the game, after defeating the invaders, the player, alongside three other characters, flee after a major antagonist shows up. It looks like the team could get away until you get shot out of the sky. Two of the characters end up rejoining you, but you never hear from one of them until you learn they've become an antagonist.
  • Right at the beginning of World 2, you will be greeted with the sight of dozens of people fleeing desperately, one of them falling behind and dying onscreen and a child presumably seeking their missing (likely dead) parents.
  • In World 3's Nightmare stages, one character's repeated attempts to save two other characters from dying end up giving them much, MUCH worse deaths.
  • One specific character is bullied for seemingly no reason, leading to her killing all of her classmates.
  • In World 4, there is a quest that involves finding a passport so a family of desert elves to a promised land. No matter what you do, be it giving them their passport, using it yourself or doing neither, it doesn't end well for the elves, with one of the choices having the parents gunned down right in front of their children.
  • One of the main characters in World 8 is accused of murder. In the normal story, everything turns out A-OK, but in the Nightmare story, she still gets mistreated, to the point that she leaves with three other characters, also fed up with the racism between their species.
  • Your one hope for saving the world gets sent into the (bad) future. A LOT of characters either die, turn evil or take extreme levels in cynic and/or jerkass.
  • In the ending of World 11, you can either stay in the future and continue the fight against the antagonists (with the princess in the present heartbroken) or go back to the present to stop the future from actually happening (with the princess in the future heartbroken).
  • During one side story, we get the first hint that the invaders from the start of the game aren't always evil. The main protagonist of the story succeeds in getting the news out, but is brainwashed by the dark magician and, considering the battle that happens in World 10, it's unlikely the protagonist survived.
