- It is implied that two men raped an innocent girl and brutally murdered her. We can see her fully clothed corpse on the ground in the opening scene of the film.
- A young girl lies on her bed wearing panties and a t-shirt with her boyfriend. The boy wears a t-shirt and boxer shorts. The boy kisses and embraces a girl. No nudity as their clothes stay on.

- A man is found dead in a car. There are no visible wounds but his eyes are open and blood comes out of his mouth.
- At the beginning, video clips are shown of a girl being tortured in the woods. We see her with a K cut into her cheek and her throat slit.
- A male character is beaten to death with a baseball bat. This is entirely offscreen but some blood can be seen.
- A dog is killed offscreen but we can hear the dog whimpering and its bloody collar thrown at the owner.
- A male character is hung on a swing set by a water hose.
- A male character is stabbed suddenly. We see the knife go through his back.
- A character is riding on top of a car hood and smashed against a pillar. This is seen from afar.
- A characer is slashed with a small, sharp object and the main character falls with him into a pool, where they fight and the main character chokes him underwater with a baseball bat. We can see the blood in the water.
- A character has a makeshift baseball bat with nails in it swung at the back of his neck. It sticks in his neck as he dies. A brief spot of blood marks the wall on impact.
- A character has chemicals thrown on her and she is then lit on fire. We see her body collapse as it is covered in flames. The flames die out but we do not see any charred remains.
