- A lot of characters smoke cigars, cigarettes, and drink alcohol . Also, Cyclone, the second main character, seems to have lung cancer due to the smoking habit he has.

- A lot of blood and gore. Also, people's necks get sliced by Jim. Pretty scary. We also see a man brutally beat a woman until bloods splatters out of her, as the camera zooms in on her. Very disturbing to watch.
